I'm looking at a custom magic pair of goggles for one of my characters, and I have no idea how to price this sucker. Basically, they're Masterwork Goggles with the following enchantments.

True Seeing
Darkvision 60
Blindsense
Death Watch

I was thinking it would probably be somewhere in the 150k range honestly, although I have nothing to base that on. Anyone familiar with the pricing rules?

The SRD is your friend (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/creatingMagicItems.htm#magicItemGoldPieceValues).

That said, it's a tool for providing an estimated price -- you still need to use some judgement to compare the item relative to the power of other items in that price range, and adjust up or down, accordingly.

Breaking it down...

true seeing, continuous: 2000 x CL 9 x SL 5 + (250 x 100) material = 115000
darkvision, continuous: 2000 x CL 3 x SL 2 = 12000
listening lorecall (grants blindsense), continuous: 2000 x CL 3 x SL 2 = 12000
death watch, continuous: 2000 x CL 1 x CL 1 = 2000

Since they're all vision-related, we'll call them similar abilities. Take the most expensive, add 75% next most expensive, and 50% of each other, for 115000 + 0.75 x 12000 + 0.5 x (12000 + 2000) = 131,000 GP, not that far off from your 150k estimate.

From the SRD: If a continuous item has an effect based on a spell with a duration measured in rounds, multiply the cost by 4. If the duration of the spell is 1 minute/level, multiply the cost by 2, and if the duration is 10 minutes/level, multiply the cost by 1.5. If the spell has a 24-hour duration or greater, divide the cost in half.

True Seeing is 1 minute/level. The cost is now twice as expensive. (230,000 gold)
Darkvision is 1 hour/level, so you are correct on the cost. (12,000 gold)
Listening Lorecall is 10 minutes/level. The cost is 1.5 time more expensive. (18,000 gold)
Finally, Deathwatch is 10 minutes/level. The cost is 1.5 times more expensive. (3,000 gold)

Dang. I can't believe I missed that footnote.

Oh well, that just means you'll have to go with use-activated instead of continuous -- I don't believe those extra cost factors apply then, do they?

Use activated and Continuous items are the same price.

You could have a rune created instead. You'd have to find a Runecaster that is at least level 8 for them to make permanent runes.

A Rune of True Seeing would only be 115,000 gold. The downside is that the Permanent Rune is Dispellable. So you'd want to put the rune on a small item that you can tuck inside an enclosed space so it can't be targeted by a dispell.

Every time you "touch" the item with the rune on it, you get True Seeing cast on you. If it's in constant contact with your skin, then it's like a permanent magic item. Put the rune on a necklace that you tuck inside your armor and you're good to go.
