1. If a creature dual-wields two Speed weapons (http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/magicItems/weapons.html#weapons-speed), does the creature gain one additional attack total on a full attack, or one attack per weapon of speed on a full attack?

2. If a creature dual-wields two Conductive weapons (http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/advanced/magicItems/weapons.html), is the creature allowed to channel a supernatural ability once per round total, or once per Conductive weapon?

3. If a creature has ammunition with the above Conductive weapon property, can the creature channel the supernatural ability once per round total, or once per round per piece of ammunition used?

Personally, I believe the answers are: One additional attack per round, once a round, and once per round, but the question has been brought up, and I would like a more official source than "because I say so."

Unfortunately, none of those weapon qualities make a clear, inarguable statement about whether the limits imposed on these abilities are once per round per user or per weapon, so I don't think you're going to get a strictly RAW answer here. A sufficiently stubborn rules lawyer is going to be to argue for a loop hole due to to the lack of specificity.

For the record, though, I agree that the answer are one additional attack only, once per round total, and once per round total.

I think the speed weapon's: "This benefit is not cumulative with similar effects, such as a haste spell." means no. I think the Speed Enchantment (http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/magicItems/weapons.html#weapons-speed) is similar to the Speed Enchantment, (http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/magicItems/weapons.html#weapons-speed) in fact, they're identical. (I think the bonuses of the same type rule applies in PF, I haven't read it though.)

Thanks for the responses. I figured there wasn't going to be a clear RAW answer on Conductive, but Speed has been around a lot longer

In any sort of official ruling I would have to say that you only get one additional attack, once per round, once per round.

In reality (at least the one I live in currently) where everyone I play with is very low-op. I'd let TWF speed weapons add two attacks a round, and one use per round per conductive weapon. Especially the conductive weapon since it (usually) uses extra uses per day. After all, you're already using a limited resource at a greater rate just to do weapon damage.

I found out about an "Ask James Jacobs" thread and posted this question there. I got the following response (http://paizo.com/forums/dmtz2u4o&page=344?Ask-James-Jacobs-ALL-your-Questions-Here#17180):

James Jacobs (Creative Director)

1) No... speed effects, whether they come from multiple speed weapons or multiple haste spells or any combination of the two, do not stack. You can only ever gain 1 additional attack from a haste effect in a round.

2) Same thing, no.

3) Melee and ranged weapons get the same mount of conductive effects.

Guess my instincts were right on this one

@Hylas - Well, the ability in question was at-will, so it wasn't using up resources :P

Anyway, I guess I now have my "official" answer along with the logic and experience of the boards. Thanks again for commenting and helping!
