Thrown weapons with high crit (3.5)

All right, a friend of mine and I had a small question.

Are there any thrown weapons with a high crit multiplier? Think like a scythe, where it's a x4 or something. As far as we know, there aren't any.

I think Shoput balls do pretty good with a x3. And a punching dagger also does x3.

Just add the throwing enchantment onto a scythe. Boom x4 throwing weapon.
