Bestow curse

Hello everyone I'm playing in a campaign today and I'm trying to find a race that has bestow curse and maybe even ray of enfeeblement or exhaustion. After templates I have (playing pathfinder with 3.5 aloud) 8 CR to work with the less the CR the better

What is it you're trying to accomplish, exactly? It's far easier, and likely more effective, for you to do this through class levels. Bestow Curse is a 3rd level spell for Adepts, Archivists, and Clerics. It's also on the Fate, Hatred, and Suffering domains, meaning three levels in Divine Crusader gets it for you. I think it might also be on the Nar Demonbinder list, but I can't check that out for you and I doubt you'll get it in less than three levels.

Don't the +3 LA fey'ri from Forgotten Realms get bestow curse as an SLA? I forget. I know they get enervation at least.
