Divine metamagic

I cant seems to be able to find it but i have read it somewhere...

Do you need the actual metamagic feat to get divine metamagic ?

It is not writen on the feat description as i can see it as it only ask to aply it to a spell that you know, not for a feat that you know....

Yes you need the base metamagic before you can take DMM:metamagic.

The boldface text needs to be added to the Benefit
paragraph of the feat description:
When you take this feat, choose a metamagic feat that
you have. This feat applies only to that metamagic feat.
As a free action, you can take the energy from turning
or rebuking undead and use it to apply a metamagic feat
to divine spells that you know. . . .
