So, now that my previous character died in my last campaign, I'm thinking of replacing him with a bard. The party doesn't really need much help with combat as far as I can tell, so my goal is to focus on making a bard who acts as the party face, preferably with a heavy focus on optimizing perform.

So, I'm looking for any advice on a bard build that would maximize perform, and let me replace most social skill checks with perform checks, if that is possible. Bonus points if it can do silly things using perform.

The character in question would be lvl 11

Versatile performer is a nice feat for having multiple performs "maxed" and gives synergy if you use more than one at a time. Exemplar will eventually let you perform in place of diplomacy (and since you are past level 10 the hardest part of getting into exemplar is already done. Soothe the beast (feat) basically grant wild empathy. Supremely confident lets you intimidate with perform. And that is about all the tricks I can think of right off the bat.
