PSP on the PS3

Right, so I have a PS3 80GB. I do not have a PSP.
I was looking around the PSN store and saw the PSP port of the PS2 Disgaea game for download. My question is this. Can I download the PSP Disgaea game and play it on my PS3, or is that download only there for PSP owners?

Edit: Specifically I want to know if I can download the PSN version of Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness and Disgaea: Dark Hero Days and have them be playable on my PS3.

No you can't. PSP Titles on the PSN can only be played on PSPs. You can buy it on your PS3 because you can transfer it to a PSP via your PS3, if for example, you don't have a wireless router for your PSP to use.

PS1 titles however, can be played on both without issue.
