zombie of a dragon

ok so i've figured out how to make a huge dragon into my own personel zombie, now how do i make sure it stays under my control, seeing as its a 12th lvl party, and the dragon becomes cr 18ish, with around 400hp

Animate Dead will take care of that. Beyond that, there are any number of ways to add some turn resistance.
