What for, do you ask? Well, it has to do with the bunch of Diamond Mind maneuvers that rely on it, mostly. Aside from a custom item of +awesome to Concentration (or constitution, obviously), what other ways are there to increase it?

Since it's not in that thread:
Become undead for cha to concentration. Get a circlet of persuasion for +3 to all cha based checks.

By the by, if you like taking tens, you can pick up the feat Steady Concentration (Races of Stone) and can take a ten on any concentration check. Period.
