Wanting to do 40d6 no-save damage, possibly more, with Saltray mid-level in conjunction with some feats and items. The key is getting the saltwater fast to double the Saltrays, as in at most within few minutes. It's assumed you're on a level surface.

Uh, teleporting to the sea is not an option. That would defeat the purpose.

Well, there is the spell 'Wall of Salt'. There is the item 'Decanter of Endless Water'. There are even spells that make large waves of water... Tidal Surge comes to mind, but a few others might exist.
