I'm hoping for an idea of what level this item would be if it existed, if it would be game breaking etc.
Belt slot
Property.
You can activate one Battle Standard equipped to the belt as per the activation criteria of the flag. The flags point of origin is always centered on you.
So basically the item takes up the belt slot on the PC and when you activate it, instead of the point of origin being static, it moves with the PC that activated it. Everything else about the flag remains the same.
I'm taking the idea from how samurai used to carry flags on their backs into battle and so forth.
