Ash nazg durbatulūk, ash nazg gimbatul,
ash nazg thrakatulūk agh burzum-ishi krimpatul
(words of the dark speech, inscribed on the One Ring)

Dark Speech (Truenamer Version)

Prerequisites: Int 15, Cha 15, Base Will Save Bonus +5, Truespeak 9 ranks, evil alignment
Benefit: You can speak the Dark Speech, the vile words of ancient evil, a language long lost, a terrible tongue that came before Abyssal and Infernal. It is said to conjure the powers of destruction and threatens destroy all that is good in the world, and it cannot be spoken by good creatures (see Book of Vile Darkness, chapter 2, for more information on Dark Speech). You can weave the Dark Speech into your utterances.

This allows you to gain one of the following benefits when using an utterance to affect a good creature:

Reduce Truespeak DC by 5
Increase Save DC by 2
Increase check to overcome SR by 2
For one round, the good creature suffers a -2 penalty on attack rolls and to AC
Doing so causes you to suffer 1d4 points of nonlethal damage per level of the utterance.

The dark speech also enhances utterances spoken to affect a evil creature. You can choose one of the following benefits:

For the duration of the utterance, the evil creature gains a +1 profane bonus on attack rolls, +1 per two levels of the utterance
For the duration of the utterance, the evil creature gains a +1 profane bonus on Saves, +1 per two levels of the utterance
For the duration of the utterance, the evil creature gains a +1 dodge bonus on AC, +1 per two levels of the utterance

Doing so causes you to suffer 1d4 points of nonlethal damage per level of the utterance.

With Truenamers being widely considered a rather weak class, is this feat acceptable?

This is the evil version of the feat suggested here. (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=239716) Right now, it is a literal translation so both versions have identical effect, with the difference being the alignment. Perhaps it might be interesting to somehow get the evil version more vile in effect. On the other hand, that would limit their fit as two versions of one principle. Leave it as is or change it?

Ideas?

The only thing I find sad about this is that there isn't any real difference in mechanics between your Dark Speech and Words of Creation, while there is a huge difference between the two original ones. Perhaps take a look at the original feats to gain some inspiration for giving these two new feats some original twists?
