[3.5] Looking for a race

Is there any demonic/infernal themed LA 0 race (and no RDH either) with, if not a bonus to Cha, at least not a penalty? Hellbred don't work cause, well, they're goody two-shoes.

Lesser Tiefling from FRCS sounds like what you want, flavor-wise. Bonuses to Dex and Int, and some other minor goodies.

Lesser Tiefling is +2dex, +2int, -2cha, Darkness 1/day and some resistances

Magic Blooded (Dragon #310?) gives +2cha, -2wis and some other random doodads.

Your best luck will probably be with some form of Lesser Planetouched, possibly coupled with the Magic-Blooded template.

Hellbred have:
a) bonus to Cha
b) demonic/infernal theme

The "goody two-shoes" is fluff, and is easy to handwave. You're essentially saying, "I want a PBJ sandwich, but I absolutely do not want any peanut butter, jelly, or any type of bread." So I'd reconsider Hellbred.
