Is there a way to store spells in a person? I don't want to permanently give someone the ability to fly, but I'd like to store a Fly spell in a person to activate when they choose. My character is trying to get past an area where magic devices are not allowed, and I want a way to take a few prepped spells with me.

Contingent spells....though they are broken.

But if your a typical site user then you'd like the broken cheating stuff.

You can scribe a psionic tattoo or pay someone who can.

Mind's eye also allowed powers higher than 3rd level AFAIR with or without additional feat depending on setting.

Contingency (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/contingency.htm) is an option, as are Crafted Contingent spells (from Complete Arcane). Crafted contingent spells can be very powerful, but should be fine for limited use.

This is also an option, although you'll need to buy it from an NPC. Here are the rules for tattoos above 3rd level; (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20031225a) tattoos above 3rd level require extra days to make and take up more of your twenty tattoo slots. I believe the rule's actually 3.0, but it should work the same as written (aside from having twenty tattoo slots rather than seventeen).

Feat (Delay Potion?) allows you to drink a potion and activate it (one hour or con hours) later. Afb so not to precise, sorry.
