So I making a Bardsader, and I want to incorporate 5 level of Warchanter or 2 of Seeker of Song. Maybe even fill in with Heartfire Fanner. So! What's the best way for me to get ranks in Perform without Bard Dip and Skill Knowledge?
PS: Bardic Music builds always end as Class salad when I touch them XD

If human, able learner from Races of Destiny will remove the double skill point penalty, and the cap is already max because of your bard levels.

Draconic heritage (Type) – Races of the dragon (sorcerer only)
Aereni Focus - Player's Guide to Eberron (p.20)
