If a cleric casts girallon's blessing and uses all 4 arms to wield his longspear, how much extra damage from strength does he get? From power attack?

None.

He could wield two 2handed weapons, but I've never read or heard of any bonuses from using four hands to use a single weapon.

Or was there a 4handed weapon out there somewhere? Hmm. I'll have to look that one up.

Savage Species has rules for this. A weapon must be specially modified to be wielded in multiple hands, but every additional hand that it's wielded with adds 0.5 STR to damage.

There's no logical reason why there should be any extra damage. The biggest advantage of wielding a weapon with two hands is that you can use the two grips points as a lever (even with hands next to each other, the hands exert force on different points). That leverage is what makes using two hands so much better than one. There's no corresponding change of advantage for a three-hand grip for damage, although it would be that much harder for you to be disarmed.
