Bearsark/Eigi Einhamir-based PF race

[Mithric Gunn]

Bearsark:
A man, trained from birth by other bearsarks to channel primal power to become more like the bear. Among bearsarks, one is expected to slay and skin a bear to become a man. This hide is a sacred item to a bearsark, and he will never willingly part with it.

+2 str, -2 dex, +4 con, -2 int,
Ursin Rage: While raging, a Bearsark gains DR 1/silver. This stacks with all DR from the barbarian class feature, though that DR becomes DR*/silver.
Animal Senses: A Bearsark gains Scent and Low-Light Vision.
Ursin Ferocity: Once per day, when a Bearsark is brought below 0 hit points but not killed, he can fight on for one more round as if disabled. At the end of his next turn, unless brought to above 0 hit points, he immediately falls unconscious and begins dying.
Thick skin: Bearsarks gain Skill Focus(Survival) as a bonus feat.

Eigi Einhamir(werewolf)
Eigi Einhamir are born as humans, but are swiftly identified due to their wolf-like traits. Strong, tough, and fast, Eigi Einhamir often become scouts for their clan. They can shapeshift into the form of a wolf.

+2 str, +2 con, -2 cha

Animal Senses: Eigi Einhamir gain Scent and Low-Light Vision.
Pack Tactics: Eigi Einhamir gain a +1 racial bonus to damage when flanking their target.
Wolf Form: Eigi Einhamir can turn into a Medium sized wolf as a full-round action. Doing so imposes the following changes:
Base speed becomes 50 feet.
They gain a bite attack at 1d6 damage with Trip, and 2 claw attacks at 1d4 damage. They do not gain extra attacks from BAB while in wolf form.
Their gear transforms with them. They cannot use items that transformed with them, but gain magical bonuses from items they were wearing, except armor bonuses.
They cannot wear armor(barding) while in wolf form. Doing so disrupts their ability to shapeshift.
They cannot use any item requiring hands, nor speak.
They gain a +3 natural armor bonus.
