Two Villainous Classes for My Tabletop D&D 3.5

[Fates]

I am currently running a tabletop game of D&D 3.5. In this campaign, a powerful, monotheistic religion known as the Church of the Nameless One has taken hold of the world, and one of the paramount beliefs of the church is the persecution of magic. The world is socially and ethically similar to dark age Europe, and technologically similar to the early Renaissance. Most of the PCs are spellcasters or semi-magical classes, and so I have made two classes, which will be used for agents of the CotNO, that I hope will be able to challenge them. Note that I am not bothering to write the fluff for either of them for the time being.

This is the first time I've seen a class with 4/5 BAB. Was this intentional?

Either way, at 16th level the priest seems to gain an third iterative attack with a +3 bonus, which it loses at 17th level. I'm pretty sure you didn't intend to do that.

The 4/5 BAB was, indeed, intentional. However, the iterative attack at 16th level was not. I'll fix that in a moment.

I mean no offense, but you've most likely lost most of your viewership with the 4/5 BAB all ready.

Ok, there's another glitch at thirteenth level, the BAB of the third attack drops by two.
