(PF) Freebooter Ranger/Rogue

Just an idea i had for a TWF Ranger/Rogue.

Half-Elf Ranger (Freebooter) 6/Rogue 6

20 Point Buy

DEX 17

7 ITWF
9 Imp. Two Weapon Feint
11 Toughness

Ranger Feats
2 TWF
6 Quick Draw

Rogue Talents
2 Two Weapon Feint
4 Fast Stealth
6 Offensive Defense

traits:
reactionary
armor expert???

Equipment:
Mithril breastplate
Shortsword
5 daggers

The idea being to trigger the Freebooter's Bane, then close. Freebooter's Bane will help offset the penalties for TWF, and Sneak Attack would help with the lack of damage Finesse TWF brings. For mooks, Freebooter's bane is unnecessary, but since it is unlimited uses per day, it could be used judiciously on unworthy enemies.

Any criticisms?

Is losing one round to set this up worth it? Wouldn't you be better off as an archer?

I'd only go Freebooter if the rest of your party is melee-centric.
The bonuses are fairly small, so unless most of the party is joining in, I'd find a different archetype.

Don't get me wrong, I like the Freebooter, it just needs friends.
