Gear for a 13th lvl Dwarf Ranger Archer 3.5

The campaign thus far has been very heavy on giants. I've only been back at 3.5 a few weeks. And pretty much everything not in the DMG is new to me. Thanks for any and all help, ideas and suggestions. They need not be magical only. I have at least 80k to spend, but probably closer to 100k, once all the gear is sold.

Gear he currently has: Head Band of Int +4, Belt of Str +4, Gloves of Dex +4, Ring of Freedom of Movement, Greater Bracers of Archery, Cloak of the Bat, Slippers of Spider Climb, Periapts of Wis +4, Vest of Resit +4, Shadow Silk Leather +3 with Shadow and Silent, Heavy Xbow +3 Splitting, +2 Buckler.

An Energy Bow (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ask/20061227a) is very good. It adjusts to our str mod, so you don't have to worry about buffs or stat increases making you exceed your bow rating. Plus, the bow equivalent of Power Attack (only 1:1 though).
