So this is a quick and what really should be a pretty simple question. I fear I already know the answer, and that it's "no", but I wanted to hear it from the fine folks who like to answer questions on these here boards. Here goes:

Is it possible for a natural lycanthrope that at some point in his life becomes a lich to benefit from his lycanthrope and lich templates at the same time?

I don't think context is terribly important here. Suffice to say that this is mostly a thought experiment on my part, and this creature is not being prepared for a campaign of any sort.

I don't see anything preventing it.

“Lich” is an acquired template that can be added to any living creature (referred to hereafter as the base creature), provided it can create the required phylactery. A lich retains all the base creature's statistics and special abilities except as noted here.

Seems pretty clear cut to me.
