I saw once a thread about a possible build for an orbital sniper, That is, a guy who could stay in the earth's orbit (not die) and shoot people from there with his bow.
I remember he had a way of localizing his enemies (some spell), hitting them (again, a spell)...
I'm sure i saw it here, does anyone have a link or something?
Or if it can't be found, how can a charachter like this be built?
