Like the title says.

I'm looking for a "Curse of the Caribbean"-esque system, with guns, cannons and voodoo.

7th Sea (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/7th_Sea_(role-playing_game)) is pretty excellent for swashbuckling adventure. Getting the books may be difficult, mind you, but if you can, I think they can do everything you're looking to - and it's quite fun to play.

Savage Worlds works very well - they have a stand-alone book Pirates of the Spanish Main, and a fantasy sourcebook for the main game line called "50 Fathoms". I've run 50 Fathoms on several occasions, and love it as a sandbox setting with an overall plot the characters can completely ignore if they are just having fun being pirates, privateers, merchants, or naval officers.

Too late... 7th sea and Pirates of the Spanish Main were already named.
Well, if you want to try something more steampunkish (http://airshippirates.abneypark.com/)...

I likewise recommend 50 Fathoms (http://rptroll.blogspot.com/2012/02/savage-worlds-50-fathoms-new-players.html). Shane Hensley has stated often that the 50 Fathoms campaign is one of the best they've ever produced and I don't disagree with him one bit. If you don't care for the entire setting and campaign, you can get the Player's Guide for $10. The complete setting book is $20.

On the bright side, you can get the PDFs from drive thru RPG quite inexpensively.

Also, yes, it's awesome.

I agree with anyone who says 7th Sea. Now, I have yet to actually get to play a game, but it really seems one of the best swashbuckler systems I have ever seen.

I am forever obligated to pimp Pirates vs. Ninjas, located on this very board. It's a bit silly, so it might not be for you if you want a "serious" pirate game, but it still works well as a system outside of its intended genre. We've run My Little Pony with it to great effect.
