Handbook Index

I noticed that there wasn't a sticky for a handbook Index. I think it's great to do the research on your own but in the end, having someone else's knowledge helps out in the long run. Please keep posts limited to indexing so that it shall be easily accessible. I'll start off with one that I am currently looking through. Also if anyone finds a better handbook, feel free to post it.

Most of us use BG's index (http://www.minmaxboards.com/index.php?topic=399.0), which links to here, there, and the old WotC boards.

Works for me. The mods seem to think that at some point we will have another sticky and can then post this BG's index in it.
