Simple question. Does the Berserker's Strength ACF from PHB II count as Rage for feats that require Rage as a prerequisite?

Strictly speaking, no, there's nothing that would indicate that to be the case. It'd be a reasonable enough rule to ask your DM to bend, though.

That's a shame. I feel like it's meant to. Is there another way to acquire Rage, besides Barbarian?

Most of those feats have a prereq of 'Rage or Frenzy ability'. Problem is, PHBII is one of the last 3.5 books printed, and most of those feats were published before Berserker's Strength existed. So while strict RAW is againt you, I'm sure the intent of the law is to allow it.

Any effect that would normally apply only during your rage applies whenever your berserker strength is active. Judging by this, I would say it does.
