Handy Haversack is lower priority for strength builds. Can't really go wrong with +1 Greatsword (2000), Gauntlets of Ogre Power (4000) and Cloak of resistance +1 (1000) for 7000 GP.

not gonna tell us what role in the party you are filling?

survival pouch has saved my characters numerous times

try and get a 1/day item of tiny hut so you have a safe place to sleep at nights

Scout/melee (almost primary). We are kind of a weird group, wizard and druid (not optimised), 2wf ranger (will get moar optimization soon), dread necro (fairly optimised).

best thing a scout can have are bags of tricks. if someone hears you, but hasnt found you yet, throw out an animal and they think it was just that. good for setting off traps, being general distractions, and taking up a space that will prevent someone from charging you

they are also edible, i guess

Hammersphere is 1500 GP, but oh it's worth every penny.

Whats the one I'm thinking of that is a 1-use item that casts a Spiritual Weapon when thrown? I always try to include one for those low level incorp encounters that always pop up. Use the [Force]!

I can't find anything other than the Hammersphere that does spiritual weapon. A one-shot Hammersphere should cost about 300 GP.

Moonsilver Shard, maybe? (50 GP, A&EG p. 114). 1d4+1 force damage, essentially a magic missile one-shot with a range of 150'. Five of them (250 GP) would be 5d4+5, or 17.5 damage, but I'm not sure if you would have to activate them all with separate standard actions or could use "when thrown" to activate more than one in a round with multiple attacks.
