Am I tallying the feats right for this?

I'm working on a thri-kreen with flaws. Which one of these is correct?

1 feat for a flaw
1 feat for a flaw
1 feat for 1 HD
1 feat for becoming 3HD after picking level 1 class. (which is fighter)
1 feat for for level 1 fighter
1 feat for bonus fighter feat

or

1 feat for a flaw
1 feat for a flaw
1 feat for 1 HD
1 feat for becoming 3HD after picking level 1 class. (which is fighter)
1 feat for bonus fighter feat


In Shining South when it states a bonus feat for being a monstrous humanoid, is that the bonus feat for the racial?

And do I still get the 1 feat for starting my first level class?

The second one is correct. The feat you normally get at level 1 is not related to your class levels, it's related to your HD, which you already have on there.
