As far as I know, there's no way to directly boost IC within official Pathfinder. Maybe there's some third party stuff that will help, but I'm not familiar with that.

Are there even any ways to boost the Bard's Inspire Courage amount in Pathfinder? Because I saw the Dawnflower Dervish archetype and it got me thinking, but I don't know if you can boost Inspire Courage to ludicrous amounts in Pathfinder like you can in 3.5.

Not really.
The best you'll find is other classes/PrC's that stack/function similar though.
Evangelist (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/cleric/archetypes/paizo---cleric-archetypes/evangelist) Cleric, doesn't stack, CHA based.
Sensei (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/monk/archetypes/paizo---monk-archetypes/sensei) Monk, doesn't stack, WIS based.
Battle Herald (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/a-b/battle-herald) stacks for EFFECT but gives a SEPARATE pool of Rounds (Herald rounds can be used for Bard performance, but Bard can NOT be used for Herald abilities).
Pathfinder Chronicler (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/core-rulebook/pathfinder-chronicler) stacks.

The only other thing I found was Battle Singer (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/battle-singer-goblin) feat. Really only worth it in a Goblin heavy group, as you can give all ally Goblins the Inspire bonus to ALL Saves (not just Fear as normal).
