Enhancement Bonus on armors: What goes up?

Here's my doubt, let's say we have:
Full Plate: +9AC +1 Max Dex -6Armor Check Penalty
Masterwork Full Plate: +9AC +1 Max Dex -5 Armor Check Penalty

Now, add a +1 enhancement bonus:
+1 Masterwork Full Plate: +10AC +2 Max Dex -4 Armor Check Penalty
is that right? or is it:
+1 Masterwork Full Plate: +10AC +1 Max Dex -5 Armor check Penalty.


Summing it up, my doubt is if the enhancement bonus on armor applies to the AC bonus, Max Dex and Armor check penalty, or just the AC bonus.

In 3.5: Just the AC bonus.

In anything else? I ain't got no goddamned clue.

I believe there are special materials and magical abilities which will improve your Max Dex and ACP. I dunno if they exist in Pathfinder, tho.

They do (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment---final/special-materials), at least the most common ones: mithral is still present, as is darkwood.

The nimbleness armor quality doesn't appear to be extant, sadly.
