Greatings.

A question has come up in my gaming group regarding artificer infusions, and if its possible to make a wand with them, since the description does say they are treated like spells?

If its not possibel, is there any place that explains why better than the Eberon book where the artificer is found?

The game rule text describing infusions in the Artificer class description (ECS) says that "an artificer can apply item creation feats and metamagic feats to his infusions". So in theory you should be able to make spell trigger or spell completion devices for your infusions if you have the appropriate feat (and as an artificer, you will, soon enough at least).

Such device would still contain an infusion, meaning that only an artificer can use it without a UMD check, just as an artificer must make a UMD check to use a device containing a spell, even if an infusion of the same name (and effect) as the spell exists.
