It's like the Weapon Finesse feat, but reversed and so much better.

Power Shooting (Fighter)
Prerequisites: Str 13, Point Blank Shot
Benefit: You may add your Strength score, rather than your Dexterity score, to all attack rolls you make with bows (The term "bows" collectively refers to the group of ranged weapons in D&D that fire arrows for ammunition, rather than bolts or bullets).

Additionally, you may add your Strength modifier to your weapon damage rolls with your bow. If you are wielding a composite longbow that has an adjusted Strength bonus that matches yours, you may instead add 1 1/2 times your Strength bonus to your damage rolls.

Finally, this feat allows you to substitute your Strength score for your Dexterity score in order to meet the prerequisites for any feat that has Point Blank Shot or Precise Shot as a prerequisite (including Precise Shot itself).

Brutal Precise Shot (Fighter)
Prerequisites: Str 13, Point Blank Shot, Precise Shot, Power Shooting
Benefits: You take the term "precise shot" to its logical conclusion. Instead of firing to hit the target, you take careful aim and let loose at its most vital area. As a free action, you may take a penalty to all ranged attack rolls with bows you will make this round. If you do, you receive a bonus to all damage rolls with bows that you make this round, equal to the penalty you took, or equal to twice the penalty you took if you are wielding a composite or exotic bow. The penalty you take may not exceed your Base Attack Bonus.

Special: Flavor text doesn't change the rules for this feat. A creature with no discernible anatomy is not immune to Brutal Precise Shot, you are just that awesome at shooting.

Brutal Rapid Shot (Fighter)
Prerequisites: Str 13, Point Blank Shot, Power Shooting, Rapid Shot
Benefit: A large volley of arrows can deliver massive damage when aimed at the same target. When you use the Rapid Shot feat and make all your ranged attack rolls with a bow at the same target, your target takes additional damage from each arrow that hits, based on the total number of hits (this damage is calculated after all of your attacks have concluded and you know how many arrows hit).

For each arrow that hit beyond the first, each arrow deals an additional +1 point of damage (So if you hit with two arrows, they both deal +2 damage, for a total of +4 damage. If you hit with three arrows, they each deal an additional +3 damage, or +9 damage total. Etc).

I suppose this reduces MADness for Sword and Bow users but on the other hand it further bloats the archery tree but that's not what this is aimed at dealing with. I could see some Barbarians with their Rage-boosted Str Composite Bows doing some major damage with this.

Nothing we can do about bloating the archery feat tree. But that doesn't mean we can't replace it with better options than "take this feat: shoot 4 1d8+1 arrows as a standard action instead of a full-round action".
