First topic: Poions. I there a way to increase the DC of poisons so as to make them harder to resist? And secondly, is there a viable way aside form being undead) to some how pull a mafia style Kiss of Death and put poison on your self and then touch someone or some kind of poison in one of the splash books made specifically for that, regardless if it is a kiss or not.

Second Topic: Dual Weilding. Is there an off hand weapon that does 1d8 or more, or, would an Elven Thinblade be considerd light?

I apologize for the stupid questsions ahead of time lol

PS: please dont say anything about going Factotum with Gnomish Quickrazors lol

If you take Oversized Two Weapon Fighting, you can wield any one-handed weapon in your offhand. If you happen to be a Dwarf (or splurge another feat on Exotic Weapon Proficiency), you can wield 1d10 weapons in both hands.

Be a Dwarf (high CON, +2 vs. Poison) Cleric with the Divine Fortune feat (+4 to any save at the cost of a Turn Undead attempt), and drink Anti-Toxin (another +5 vs. Poison), and you'll ace the saves, while your enemy probably will not.

There are a couple ways of poisoning something in D&D. If you're talking about natural poisons (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/specialAbilities.htm#poison)(the kind that monsters like Monstrous Spiders have), that's the easiest:

The Fortitude save DC against a creature’s natural poison attack is equal to 10 + ½ poisoning creature’s racial HD + poisoning creature’s Con modifier

So all you'd need to do is either get a higher HD creature, or use any effect that increases the creature's constitution modifier.

The second way is by casting the Poison spell. Anything that increases the save DC of your spell (Spell Focus: Necromancy, increasing your spellcasting ability, etc) will make it easier to poison someone.

The third way (and the one you're probably talking about) is by crafting poisons. This (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=4854.0) is a useful guide for most poison builds. It lists several feats and abilities (some of the better ones are from Drow of the Underdark) that give you more options for poison. The feats Poison Specialization (Dragon magazine), Poison Expert (CSco), and Venomous Strike (CSco) are the feats that increase DC's.

I also homebrewed a PrC (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=89314) for this awhile back. [/shameless self-plug]

As for the "kiss of death..." I suppose that a Monk could use the "Gorgon's Hair" poison listed in Complete Scoundrel. Ingest it first, then you're immune; cover your lips in it before going up to the target. Since you're a Monk, lips would count as an unarmed strike, therefore legal as an "attack." (I'd suggest subdual).

If you want to specialise in one poison, there is a feat in BOVD that makes you immune to one poison of your choice that you must have come in contact with.So put black lotus extract on your hand and lips and go on a lovely night with the barmaid.

Atramen Oil (Planar Handbook p. 75), thrown as a splash weapon. Ask your DM if multiple splashes stack.

Also, there are several debuffs that can make a save much harder, such as the Hexblade Dark Companion ACF, Paladin of Tyranny aura, and the Doomspeak feat for Bards (only works on a failed Will save, but lots of things with high Fort have low Will).

And secondly, is there a viable way aside form being undead) to some how pull a mafia style Kiss of Death and put poison on your self and then touch someone or some kind of poison in one of the splash books made specifically for that, regardless if it is a kiss or not.

Shape Soulmeld: Necrocarnum Mantle + Open Greater Chakra: Throat. Requires 18th level. Strongheart Vest + essentia, binding Naberius, and/or the Filth Eater feat (Sharn: City of Towers) could knock down the ability damage to a mild annoyance.

Ah, here we go: Talisman of Undying Fortitude (8000 GP, MIC). 2/day, immune to a laundry list of stuff (including poison) for 3 rounds.

Skin of Fiendish Embrace (24000 GP, MIC) offers immunity to poison (among other things) for 15 rounds/day.

Second Topic: Dual Weilding. Is there an off hand weapon that does 1d8 or more, or, would an Elven Thinblade be considerd light?

Dwarven Waraxe or Bastard Sword + Oversize TWF should work. Add Strongarm Bracers and/or Heavy Weapon property (Magic of Faerun) for more damage.

There's also the lesser/unawakened Sunsword from Expedition to Castle Ravenloft. Same damage as a bastard sword, but can be wielded as a shortsword (kinda... the rules interpretation isn't entirely clear on the lesser version).

I suppose for the poisons you could always develop an immunity to iocaine powder and then apply it to your lips.
