[PF] Vivisectionist + Clone Master - A Viable Alchemist Combo?

For all intents and purposes, the only class ability replaced by the Alchemist archetype Vivisectionist is the bomb class feature. The Clone Master archetype does not get rid of the Bomb class feature but just modifies it. Am I right in thinking that it would be acceptable for a character to take both of these archetypes. Perhaps with the stipulation that the sneak attack is at a d4 based on the Clone Master damage reduction?

Any input would be appreciated.

RAW, you can't replace something that has been modified. Its not unreasonable though, so run it by your DM.
