Cost Calcultion Help!

Does anybody know how to do the cost calculation to have an NPC cast Embrace the Dark Chaos and Shun the Dark Chaos on you?

both are 8th level + 250 XP and need to be in a metropolis (to find a 8th level spellcaster)

15*80+250*5=2450 GP each

Also the spellcaster could refuse (or demand other compensation) and the DM makes the final price
