Fey Step in the Feywild

So. If Eldrin step through the Feywild when Fey Stepping, where do they go when they use that ability from inside the Feywild?

My primary inclination is that they just go to a different part of the Feywild.

However, looking at the power in PHB and in Heroes of the Fallen Lands, the power doesn't specify that you step through the Feywild when Fey Stepping.
