Looking for the source on a magic item for DND 3.5

Im playing an artificer in a DND 3.5 campaign and a while back I saw a magic item that was a set of wrist wraps that had 50 charges and those charges could be spent instead of using the charges from a wand. When i went to look for the magic item again I couldn't find it, does anybody know the source for the wrist wraps?

I looked in the MIC but the only thing that was even close was the Wand Bracelet but that's only for storing wands/small items.

There's also the wand bracer which is just a mundane item that holds wands.
