Hollow Earth Expedition time question

I thought i remember reading that when characters go the the hollow earth in HEX, their ageing process slows down. I was hoping someone could verify that, because i want to run a hollow earth game where Jack the Rapper is still alive.

If you're not using the rulebooks in the first place, just make it up to suit what you want to do with the game.

Actually, as I understand it, all time gets slowed down once people go in. So you could indeed run a game where the ripper (though I was quite amused by jack the rapper) is still alive.
