Funcom's third try at this whole MMO thing. I am having a blast with it! When I describe it to friends I say its like playing Gabriel knight mixed with vampire the masquerade blood lines packaged in an MMO box.

My name on beta is shotdun but I'll probably be making a new character.

I took a look at the website, and it does look particularly interesting. Unfortunately they're going for a traditional subscription model, which means I can't play (until the inevitable f2p conversion).

Been waiting for this for a long time. Used to play Anarchy Online, hoping Secret World will be as good.

If I had the money or the connection I would be all over this thing. Seems like exactly the kind of thing I would need to get over my prejudices towards MMOs.

Plus, it's got the brains behind the Longest Journey behind it. I wish them all the success and money in the world.
