What is the earliest entry into a prestige class you can get for a Cleric that has full spellcasting?

I want to have the Cleric spellcasting, but without all the dead levels.

Church inquisitor (CDiv) works at level 4 without shenanigans.

No feat requirements, just 3x4 skill ranks (all class skills), and being able to cast Zone of truth as a divine spell.

Thinking about it... the skill ranks are the most difficult to achieve ;)

If versatile spellcaster shenanigans are allowed to qualify for higher level spells (which honestly I would never do as a DM), you might even get in at 2nd level if you have INT 12 or are human.
