So, a thought (may have been done before), a melee character completely reliant on Wisdom. What i thought was Swordsage/Shiba Protector, with the feat that lets you key your attack rolls of Wisdom. If i am not mistaken it is an exalted feat.

Any other suggestions, feats, classes or whole builds that will make the most wise and perceptive fighter out there?

I believe the most perceptive fighter is a cleric with intuitive attack.
