How do i post attachments?

Why cant i post attachments to posts? I have a PbP game going and i want to attach pictures to a post so the DM can approve of my stat rolls. Is it required to have a certain number of posts? What can i do to get it?

Get an account on a photo hosting site such as Photobucket or imageshack and upload the photos there, then post links or use the following tags.

What do you need to do this for? Are you going to post a picture of your dice? Just use the forum dice roller. No chance for cheating that way either.

Yeah, i'm really not clear how a picture of dice prevents any sort of cheating. You can just face them any direction you want and take the picture.
