[3.5] List of skill uses outside of the SRD

There are a lot of splatbooks, and some contain new skills or additional uses for skills. I've been searching the internet to find these and have drawn a blank.
Some are described on various fora, there's an old crystalkeep pdf which isn't fully up-to-date, and some are mentioned in the X stat to Y thread (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=125732).

So I thought of compiling a list of different skill uses, to have them all in one place as a reference.
For this I need your help, so if you know of any new skills/skill uses post them here and I'll add them to the list!

To avoid copyright issues I think it would be best to just give a name or brief description of the skill use, followed by a reference to the respective book and page number.

I will make three lists, differentiating between new, non-srd skills; new uses for skills; and non-skill uses for skills(such as the ToB maneuvers).

Alternate skill use?
Profession (Sailor): used for command of and tactical sailing of vessels of all sizes (Stormwrack).

Why is it alternate? Profession checks are normally used to make money, not for tactical situations.

Fabulous Cats! (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/fools/20030401c) Web Enhancement has the feline-only Handle Humanoid (resembles Handle Animal, only it works on Humanoids), and a new use for Bluff ("I Meant To Do That!"), which lets you convince observers that you meant to fail a balance/jump/climb/perform check.

OA pg. 58 has a new use for Sense Motive; allowing characters engaged in Iaijutsu Duels to learn information about each other (level, ranks in Iaijutsu Focus, total attack and damage bonuses with primary weapons).

OA 58 also has some more languages, for Speak Language. Extreme Tumbling DCs are already on the SRD.

And a question about the layout. I'm going to add spoiler tags for each individual skill. I'm also wondering if you'd prefer the current setup (Description -> Book&page reference) or if you'd rather have them sorted by book?

Furthermore, I want to try and make this as complete as possible, so I'm looking for everything from official 3.5, un-updated 3.0, Dragon Magazine, and web enhancements.
(Tactical) Feats that have new uses to skills are also welcome.
