Adventure: the Vault of Larin Karr

Ok, I intend to use this adventure (The Vault of Larin Karr (http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/894/The-Vault-of-Larin-Karr?it=1)) and was wondering if there any people who have played this adventure and can give me a short impression if it was any good.

Also it is a 3.0 adventure. Does anyone know an 'upgrade' to 3.5?
