Books/Tomes for Ability enchancment???

I saw in several posts mentions about some kind of tomes/books that raise Ability scores...

1) In which book i can find those?
2)Are there tomes only for Abilities or others things too?

Plz provide me those books names and a page if thats easy...

They're in the DMG. Also available is the SRD, which has each of them, in the magic items section (wondrous items).

The Tomes/Manuals (each will start with the word Tome or Manual) boost only ability scores, to the best of my knowledge.
