Shadow pounce and SH maneuvers

My question is: can I use in the same turn shadow jaunt, stride, blink to get 3 complete attacks?

I always thought so but someone told me that you can just use 2 (jaunt or stride + blink) since you make a complete attack that is still considered a full attack action so you can't use jaunt and stride but only one? Is it true?

Yeah, you can use 'em all. You get a free full attack, you aren't expending actions other than those used to teleport.

Assuming Shadow Pounce from Telflammar Shadowlord or what not: Shadow Jaunt (Standard Action), Shadow Stride (Move Action), Shadow Blink (Swift Action) = 3 full attacks in 1 round.

Can anyone quote something that says that the full attack you get with shadow pounce is a free attack (that the attack doesn't take a full round action)?
