How can you give a bard the ability to grant more temporary HD from Inspire Greatness?
Currently I am aware of Song of the Heart (+1HD) and Words of Creation (Double bonus, applies to Inspire Greatness IIRC).
I know that there are a couple of epic feats that increase this bonus, as well. But if there is anything else pre-epic that will boost this by a point or two, I'd be thrilled to hear about it.
