View Full Version : Font of monsters and adventurers?

I'm trying to put together some example of play diagrams and thought, "it would be a lot easier doing this if there was some rather typical fantasy silhouette images of your typical adventuring characters and monsters."

I've been looking around on various font websites, and while I might find a set that has one or two images in the set that work, it's never enough. I have no problem buying a font set for this, but it would just be great if I could find one that delivered more for what I'm paying.

I've seen all sorts of bizarre font sets at this point, so I figure in this day and age someone's done this. Any suggestions?

I don't have any actual suggestions since I've never tried using fonts in this way, but have you poked around http://www.dafont.com/? You'll have to download the fonts one by one, sure, but they're free and they have a massive selection.

I hadn't seen dafonts yet and they have some good options there.

Thanks!

They'll be for this Kickstarter project (http://www.geekindustrialcomplex.com/home) I'm building up to, but once the pieces are put together I'll PM you to show you that section of the book. You might need to remind me though once the KS starts, lots of moving parts to keep track of.
