Sorry for the title, i don't know exactly how to explain this in a few words.

Basically, i want to create a small table of scores for Atk bonus, AC, saves, caster level, initiative modifier, , or whatever else, in different points of the game, at different optimisation levels;

I think it would be a nice thing to check out when you're making a charachter: It gives you a good idea of what to aim for, what can be improved, what is the expectation, etc.
(Of course, a wizard won't care for his Attack bonus, so for example while considering Attack bonus we're only talking about people who actually USE it)
I can think of:
Attack Bonus
Initiative
AC
Saves
Resistances and Immunities
Movement modes

Sonofzeal has already made a quite comprehensive study about AC here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=241887);
I'll just write a couple things from it:

AC

Poor AC: solo melee threats of even CR have a 25%-ish wiff rate
Decent AC: solo melee threats of even CR have a 50%-ish wiff rate
Good AC: solo melee threats of even CR have a 75%-ish wiff rate

ECL 5:
Poor AC: 16 . . Decent AC: 21 . . Good AC: 26
ECL 10:
Poor AC: 25 . . Decent AC: 30 . . Good AC: 35
ECL 15:
Poor AC: 28 . . Decent AC: 33 . . Good AC: 38
ECL 20:
Poor AC: 36 . . Decent AC: 41 . . Good AC: 46

Hmm, this seems useful. SonofZeal has a good starting point for AC targets (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=241887); you could peruse an item buying guide (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=187851) for more ideas, albeit loosely formatted. Doubtless there are other resources, and finding a detailed list of MM enemies' statistics would also be handy. (I had a link to a Docs spreadsheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ag2EmhPga_rkdDJ1dzlOWFVvYUY1SzctNF82b09nS mc&hl=en_US#gid=0), but it seems to have some bizarre and systemic typos in it now, so may not be usable.)

Well, by lv 15, a +18 initiative is average.
Anything under 10 is bad.
Anything over 20 is good.

Plus 18 initiative is average??
Where exactly do you get those?

a +4 from Improved initiative, okay (it's a good feat, but not everyone has slots for it)

+2 from Dex (which becomes a +7 or +8 in Dex-Focused builds)

That enhancement on your armor spikes for +2
Nerveskitter for +5 ?
Humming bird familiar (but this is only for casters)
+2 for the Belt of battle

I'm not counting the cheap method of having a shuriken or similar with Initiative-increasing enhancements in one hand...
EDIT: I'm now checking the List of necessary magic items (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=187851), and there are actually a lot of +Initiative items. However, +18 seems like a lot

Also, i didn't know it had already been done for AC; I'll edit it in the main post
