I use inkscape, and for my comic, I currently just use circles to make it easy when the characters talk, but it doesn't show much emotion, so is there an easy way to make the OOTS style mouths? :smallsigh: like this

Copy-paste an OoTs strip and trace the mouth from a talking character. That's how I did it.

Look closely at the mouths in OotS to figure out the shape and what things stick out and how it shows emotion. Then do your own. Really, there's no "easy" way, but it's not hard, either.

Generally it takes some getting used to, just think about body language in relation to what a character is thinking or doing. That said, here's a path of some OotS mouths. The two on the left are in the style I use while the right ones are closer to how Rich actually does them.

That said I also draw more realistically porportioned mouths so you can take my advice with a grain of salt. :smalltongue:
