We have a cleric whos C.N. without deity...
he chooses Cure for his sptaneous casting...

Q1) Can he take Chaos and Good Domain????or Chaos and Evil???
Q2) If he s fancy to use summons with CE descriptor, that makes him C.E. himself?
Q3) As PhB reads...
Chaotic, Evil, Good, and Lawful Spells: A cleric can’t cast spells
of an alignment opposed to his own or his deity’s (if he has one). For
example, a good cleric (or a neutral cleric of a good deity) cannot cast
evil spells. Spells associated with particular alignments are indicated
by the chaos, evil, good, and law descriptors in their spell
descriptions (see Chapter 11: Spells).

So that Cleric can cast any Spell except from those with the Lawfull alignment?????

Can't take either the Good or Evil domain, because:

Deity, Domains, and Domain Spells
A cleric’s deity influences his alignment, what magic he can perform, his values, and how others see him. A cleric chooses two domains from among those belonging to his deity. A cleric can select an alignment domain (Chaos, Evil, Good, or Law) only if his alignment matches that domain.

Can cast nondomain Good or Evil spells though. While several books (BoVD, Complete Scoundrel, Eberron Campaign Setting) suggest there is a danger of alignment change in the direction of evil if you cast a lot of Evil spells, Heroes Of Horror does say that if the character's intentions are always good when they do it- they may be able to stay Neutral.
